Bug with the "Copy to" function

I was sorting my music, and used the "copy to" function several times, it worked fine
Then at the end, i used it on my whole library (aproximatly 2000 titles), just to correct the last flaws.
It took a while so I went away, when I came back the three quarters of my Library had disapeared, and the last quarter was all mixed up randomly
I'm not sure this is usual, but it is pretty harmfull.
I work on Ubuntu 11.10, with a computer, that may be a bit exceeded... -

When I say randomly, it means really weardly randomly, I got some artists totally deleted, while for some others, I only lost part of there songs, or part of their albums, there is clearly no pattern in that. Allso, I got some songs that went into weird files, mixed with other ones, that I find no point in common with. That, I think proves that this bug is not due to my messing with any pattern.
On the other hand I did not excude the possibility that my old computer may be in part responsible for that, just reporting a bug you know.
